3. User Accounts

Account Types

• Admin: Full system access and management capabilities
• Team: Internal team member access
• Client: Limited access to relevant company data
• Guest: View-only access as designated

Account Security

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.

4. User Content and Rights

You retain all rights to content you upload to Market Ink. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide our services to you.

Content Responsibilities

You are responsible for your content and must ensure it:

• Does not contain malware or malicious code

Data Ownership

Your data is yours. Period. You maintain complete ownership of all content and data you provide to Market Ink. We claim no ownership rights over your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to breach security or interfere with service operation
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Harvest or collect information about other users
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Third-Party Integrations

Market Ink integrates with third-party services (Google, Meta, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, functionality, or data practices.

You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and permissions for third-party services you connect to Market Ink.

7. Payment Terms

If applicable, payment terms will be specified in your subscription agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Market Ink and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Market Ink and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Market Ink. We assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Market Ink is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your data.

You have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated data at any time through our Data Deletion process.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Market Ink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Ink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Market Ink from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time. Visit our Data Deletion page for immediate account termination and data deletion.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms with notice. In cases of severe violations, termination may be immediate.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use Market Ink ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
